Every AI-assisted deliverable is reviewed and edited by a senior strategist before it reaches you or your audience. AI helps us draft faster — it does not get the final word.

We do not paste identifiable client data — customer lists, contact info, proprietary documents — into third-party AI tools. When we use AI for research or drafting, inputs are anonymized or aggregate only.

AI is a tool, not a shortcut.

We use AI where it genuinely sharpens the work: faster research, more creative variations, fewer tedious tasks. We don't use it to replace the expertise you're paying for.

Anything that touches your website, ads, social, or customers is shared with you or your account lead before it goes live, on the cadence we agreed.

Data Handling

How we treat your information.

  • No identifiable client data into AI tools. We do not paste customer lists, personal contact information, or proprietary client documents into third-party AI assistants. When AI is used for research or drafting, inputs are anonymized or aggregate only.
  • Access on a need-to-know basis. Only team members working on your account have access to your account data, credentials, and reporting.
  • You can ask, any time. Want to know which AI tools touched a specific deliverable, or how we approached a piece of research? Just ask your account lead.
