Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

All materials created by Hero Digital Marketing Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, specified deliverables transfer to you as outlined in your service agreement.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Typical notice periods are 30 days. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

Limitation of Liability

Hero Digital Marketing Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
